Daniel R. Forsberg

Mr. Forsberg began his oil and gas career in 1981 with an independent oil company in Dallas, Texas.  Mr. Forsberg coordinated the funding of that company's drilling programs through broker-dealers throughout the United States.  In 1984 he formed Atlantis Energy, Inc. and managed and coordinated all business activities ranging from lease acquisitions, partnership management, drilling/completing wells, workovers to overall business administration.  He sold Atlantis Energy, Inc. in 1991 and shortly thereafter formed Forexco.  In 1996 he organized Citipower, L.L.C.  He studied Banking and Finance at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.     ^TOP^

Mike Gamblin

Mr. Gamblin is a petroleum engineer.  Mr. Gamblin has been involved in the operations for various oil and gas exploration, drilling, completion and production projects since 1976. Mr. Gamblin is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines, BS in Mining Engineering and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration Engineers.     ^TOP^

Pamela K. Ponder

Mrs. Pamela K. Ponder - Staff Geologist - Ms. Ponder has been a practicing geologist since 1977 when she began as a geologist assistant.  She is currently responsible for the evaluation, review and exploitation of all the company's existing and future areas of production.  Ms. Ponder for many years was a consulting geologist for Forexco and was primarily responsible for all the exploration and development of gas locations up to the drilling stage in McCreary County, Kentucky.  Prior to beginning work with Forexco she worked for Lyco Energy, Mobil Producing and Trans Ocean Oil.  She has extensive experience in most all the major producing basins in the United States including:  Texas Panhandle, South Louisiana, South and Central Texas, Colorado Fields, etc.  She earned her B.S. Geology, from the University of Houston, along with completing many hours of Post Graduate Studies.     ^TOP^

R. Vernon Smith

Mr. Vernon Smith is Vice President of Land and Interim Citipower Manager.  He is a Certified Professional Landman with thirty four years of experience in lease acquisitions, right-of-ways acquisitions and operations.  He also has extensive experience in exploration and development projects, operations, contracts, negotiations, due diligence, business development, joint ventures. Lease right-of-way acquisitions and title abstracting.  Mr. Smith has areas of experience in the entire Appalachian Basin, Alabama, California, Michigan, Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas.  He has experience with both state and federal leases.  He had major managerial roles in the identification of geological prospects, acquisition of leases, drilling oil and gas wells, planning and designing pipelines and pipeline routs, as well as the acquisition of pipeline rights-of-way.  He has a BA in Business Administration from Morehead State University, KY.  He is currently a: Member of the American Association of Professional Landmen, Member and Past President of the Appalachian Association of Professional Landmen, Charter Member of the Virginia Oil and Gas Association and a Member of the Kentucky Oil and Gas Association.     ^TOP^

Charles W. Holderness

Mr. Holderness joined Forexco in March 2001.  He is in charge of Investor Relations and  actively involved in raising capital for both Citipower, LLC, the Fortuna programs, and for the Appalachian Gas Associates drilling programs.  Mr. Holderness, a life-long resident of Greensboro, attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated in 1974 with a BS in Business Administration. While with Northwestern Mutual he earned his CLU and  ChFC designations and was a registered representative.     ^TOP^
